It's only recently that I finally got into a good rotation of good health. I wake up each morning.. head to the bathroom... I'll comb my hair (aka crazy bed head).. Grab a bottle of water to help with my meds, and to better wake up.. Use it to help me brush my teeth too, heh...Thennnn I'll put it all away, and go hang out about my day!
If you met me as a teenager at High School, she wouldn't do any of that. Getting up in the morning and going straight to brushing your teeth-- that's something I've never gotten into until now.
I'm almost proud of myself.
But, I'm sure some of you already do that.
I have a white board that I keep in my room. I update it every day with a to-do list-- and I'll add custom check boxes. Sometimes it's embarrassing how many things are on there. One day, I filled it to the brim of notes, projects--- it got to the point where I proceeded to erase the board and write this.

(I really want to add some typography to this one day.)
Wanting to do everything isn't easy. I've taken in advice on breaking things up. I have tried to do so... Yet I always bite more than I can chew. What can I say? I'm too hungry for productivity!
So I write this blog... To discuss how..
Another day can become another memory.
It sounds a little too much on the nose. Yet, I have a firm belief that a day to remember will always become a good day. So to indulge myself and you, my dear reader, I've written this list.
1. Smile.
It doesn't have to be big or anything like that. It doesn't have to be serious, either. But it's important to remind yourself of a happy time. Then it becomes happy in that moment! Smiles are contagious. It needs to be just as bad as a yawn, my opinion. Yawns you can't escape. You can not resist. Are you yawning now? How about now? ... there's a smile! ;3
2. Do something for yourself.
Have you ate yet? What are you wearing? What are you doing today?
Can I ask you something personal...?
<. < .... > .>
Didcha clean your room yet?
If you're like me, chores can stack up. Self care is important.
Eating something you like, wearing your favorite outfit, going to your favorite place outside or inside, making something in the kitchen... And heck, cleaning your room can help you see your favorite things. That nice lamp? That's a niiicccee looking lamp.
3. Allow yourself wiggle room.
Planning out your day it's always important. Yet life will always be unexpected.
If you plan ahead you'll be ahead but if you plan to be behind you'll find yourself first in line.
Annnddd that should improve your day right there.
Call it what you will, but today could just be... a day.
